The Board of Directors of AFG Holding SA met on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and appointed Mr. SIONLE YEO as General Manager of AFG Holding SA and Mr. Antoine GANGA as Secretary General.

 

Mr. Sionlé YEO, previously Regional Director of Société Générale for Central and East Africa, has held senior positions including General Manager of Société Générale Ghana, General Manager of Société Générale Burkina Faso, Deputy General Manager, Finance and IT Director of Société Générale Côte d'Ivoire. He has more than thirty (30) years of experience in the banking sector in Sub-Saharan Africa and Indian Ocean.

 

Mr. Sionlé YEO is a graduate engineer from Ecole Centrale de Marseille and from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble. He is also a graduate of Institut Technique de Banque de Paris (ITB).

 

Mr. Antoine Ganga, previously Managing Director of the Bank for Industry and Commerce of the Comoros (BIC - Comoros), formerly a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group in 2020, held, among other positions, that of Director of Strategy and Head of Development within the BNP Paribas IRB Participations Group for Africa.

 

Mr. Antoine Ganga holds a Master's degree and a post-graduate degree in Economics from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne. He has more than twenty (20) years of experience in the banking sector in Africa.

 

Following these appointments, all the directors joined the Chairman of the Board of Directors in wishing Mr. Sionlé YEO and Mr. Antoine GANGA every success in their new functions and missions.
